Handicapp Parking Permits

A handicap parking permit may be issued to an individual with a permanent or temporary disability. Individuals with a disability requiring a handicap parking permit can pick up the applications at the Town ClerkG¦+s Office.

Part I of the application is the information on the person with the disability.
Part II is the medical certification that needs to completed and signed by a medical doctor.
Part III is for office use only.

The person needing the handicap permit needs to provide the Town Clerk with their 9 digit ID number, if the individual does not have a driverG¦+s license please inform the Town Clerk.
