VETERAN REGISTRATION

OPEN REGISTRATION

Wednesday May 18th from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm
Tuesday June 14th from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Wednesday June 15th from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
Copy of Birth Certificate
Registration and Release Forms
Registration fee $65.00 per child ($170.00 maximum per family)

*Please bring your child with you to registration for sizing
*Positions are limited and selections are made on a first come first served basis.

AGE/WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS
*Flyweights apply for Pee Wee, Freshman & JV
DIVISION TEAM NAME FOOTBALL CHEERLEADING
Pee Wee Indians Max 8 years or 85 lbs. 6, 7 & 8
Years old

Freshman Braves Max 10 years or 100 lbs. 9 & 10
Years old

JV Warriors Max 12 years or 125 lbs. 11 & 12
Years old

Varsity Chiefs Max 15 years
Or 158 lbs. 13, 14 & 15
Years old
*Registration Fee will be refunded to the 1st 20 Varsity Football Players upon completion of the season*

*The following items must be supplied by the participants most of which can be purchased through E.M.W.
